through the fire and flames

So I started off the day today by heading to DI in the water area as usual. I bump into my pledgemate there and we decide to split up in different areas to scout for water boss. We managed to find 2 of the 3 before I gave up from bordem. The 1st boss drop nothing, and of course the 2nd one was a 1-hitter lol! After that I went to fv to knock down some exp and get money, because DI really puts it in my ass lately \./

I found Ifrit there on my 1st leg up the mountain and I go at it. My summon ended VERY fast and before I knew it I had to venz since I only carry 10 c-oj on me. I blazed through those and 220mp of Nature Blessing. I bounce back into town rob my storage dwarf of 30 clears and proceed back up to Iffy. I find him again, and fortunately noone is around =] So I start pelting it with arrows. While on wafer I managed to kill it finally. I had to use all 30 of those clears, and 220mp again!! I have never fought such a hard one! It dropped me this Grrrrrr!!

So after last nights encounter with my random D/c on DI, i brought it upon myself to email NC and tell them what shitty service they are providing me. I get an answer back from NC telling me to let them know what time this occurred. Mind you I put the time in the email I initially sent. Being the nice person that I am, I emailed them back anyway letting them know what time it was. 4 hours later I get another response from NC saying ... please tell us what time this occurred so we can investigate it. So now I'm getting pissed off cuz I already did that 2 times !!! So I emailed them back a 3rd time, and this time they finally got it!

I get a response back from support ...

Now normally I would just shrug this off, but I'm kinda fuming because from my origional email to them, I didn't ask for anything but for them to tell me what was on my summon, or if they could even do such a thing. And they give me this automated line of bull shit that they probably send out to everyone!

So I was happy enough to email them back a 4th time telling them how I feel.
